Requirements :

• Minimum of Grade 10 or equivalent qualification with no experience. Knowledge of customer service, self-driven and motivated. Must be able to read, write. Ability to communicate at all levels (good communication skills). Customer care, interaction skills, ability to work in a team as well as working alone. Knowledge of OHS Act. Ability to work under pressure. 2-5 years’ Experience in stores will be an added advantage. Experience in a hospital environment will be an added advantage. Preference will be given to Pretoria West residents.

Duties :

• safeguarding of inventory items, keeping a neat and tidy store according to OHS regulations. Immediate updates of bin card. Apply FIFO method. Identification of obsolete item and assisting with preparation of submission of write-off. Investigation of corrective action concerning variances. Assist in mid-year and year-end stock takes. Maintenance of an orderly and comprehensive filling system of request forms. Assisting with internal and external audits. Assist on retrieving assets from the units. Compiled monthly report for out-of-stock items. distribution of stock and Assets to the end-users, perform all other duties delegated by Supervisor/Manager within scope of practice.
