Requirements :

  • Grade 12 certificate equivalent (Standard 10, NQF Level 4, N3). Computer Literate (Ms Word Excel & Power Point). No experience required. Skills/Knowledge/Competence: Sound Procure to pay(P2P), Supplier Relations Management (SRM), PFMA, PPPF, BBB-EE Act and Treasury Regulations, Treasury Instructions and Practice notes, Supply Chain Management Polices and all guidelines. Knowledge of Stores management will be added advantage. In-depth knowledge of financial systems, Asset Management Framework, Supply Chain Management. Skills and Competencies: Planning coordination expediting, reporting, proactiveness and organizing skills: Good interpersonal relations; effective communication skills (written and verbal; Computer literacy; Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. The ability to work under pressure, work in a team and preparedness to work overtime when required. Basic knowledge of project management. Must have good leave/absence record. Applicants should be prepared to undergo medical surveillance.

Duties :

  • Receive and verify goods from suppliers. Receive, verify and Issue goods for production. Update VA10 tally cards on stock received or issued. Issue goods to end users according to invoice and VA2. Update VA11 tally cards on stock received and issued to end users. Adhere to three-way match when receiving goods and doing confirmation. Completing and signing of RLS02 and send it to Procurement. The incumbent should be flexible to be deployed, and to be rotated across all sections of Supply Chain. Perform store accounting. Reconcile VA10 to tally with to tally with VA11.Be able to perform and/ or carry other lawful duties or instructions as delegated by supervisor or manager. Compliance to confidentiality. Comply with the Performance Management and Development System (Contracting, reviews and final assessment).
