Requirements :

  • Grade 12, MDChB, current registration with HPCSA as independent Medical Practitioner, Exposure in Orthopaedics department, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently under pressure, candidate must be goal driven.

Duties :

  • Must do regular ward rounds, oversee and attend to clinic and outpatient department, Orthopaedic trauma, including after-hours services, Theatre operations, teaching/ training of junior doctors and other staff member, attend department meetings and other meetings held by the hospital, including Mortality and Morbidity Meetings and future outreach programs
