Requirements :

• Grade 12, National Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Auditing/ Risk Compliance/ Financial Management (NQF level 6 or level 7) or equivalent qualification. A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Risk Management environment. Code 08 driver’s licence is essential.

Duties :

• Advise units about non-compliance. Assist with education and awareness of risk matters/ programmes throughout the Department. Assist the Deputy Director to monitor the implementation of risk mitigation plans developed by line managers. Participate in the development of risk management strategies/ policies and systems for the department. Coordinate the promotion of risk awareness culture and conduct risk assessments through-out the Department through communication and training programmes. Coordinate and facilitate fraud and corruption investigations in the Department. Coordinate the execution of the Annual Audit Plan. Provide supervision to the Administration Officer.
