Requirements :

• Three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6 or 7) in Fleet Management with a minimum of 1 -2 years’ experience in Fleet Management environment. Public Service Act, PFMA and Treasury Circulars, Leave Policies, Labour Relations Act- Disciplinary Procedures Honesty, Integrity and Ethical Hard Working, Innovative, Analytical thinking, Work without supervision, Ability to function within a diverse team, The ability to work under pressure, Leadership Abilities, Thorough to detail. Numeracy Skills, Literacy- verbal and written communication Skills, Driving Skills, Financial Management Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Analysing Thinking Skills, Interpersonal Relations Skills, Motivational Skills, Presentation Skills, Computer Skills, Decision Making Skills, Planning and organising Skills.

Duties :

• Tracker Management, traffic fines management Transport, Monitoring of staff, GG Monitoring, Subsidized Fleet Management, Non-compliance and Collect data/stats
