Requirements :

An appropriate Bachelor’s degree/Advanced Diploma in Management /Administration /Finance/Human resources or relevant field at NQF level 7 as recognized by SAQA. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate services environment at Middle Management Level (Deputy Director). Must have a valid Driver’s Licence (with exception for people living with disabilities). Sound knowledge of the Public Service Legislative Frameworks (Public Service Regulations, Treasury Regulations, Knowledge
of best practices in procurement in a health environment). A self-driven individual in possession of the following skills and competencies: Strategic Capabilities and leadership, Financial Management, Change Management, Problem Solving, Adaptive leadership capabilities. Sound analytical, interpretive and high level of Communication skills (verbal and written).
Duties :
-
Provide an overall strategic leadership in: Finance, ICT, Communications, Supply Chain Management and Human Resource Management. Monitoring and implementation of Financial Planning and Budgeting. Implementation and support in respect of the cost centers financial management and accounting. Ensuring timely and accurate financial and management information required for strategic decision-making. Effective management of the Supply Chain Management process as well as Asset Management. Ensure the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management. Ensure compliance with Auditor General recommendations. Provide effective human resource administration to the Chief Directorate. Manage, coordinate and facilitate the Performance Management Development Programmes. Manage, coordinate and facilitate Human Resource Planning, Strategy and Human resource utilization, organizational development and operations management. Manage the provision of Employee Health and Wellness Programme. Ensure effective people management and the promotion of healthy labour relations in conjunction with applicable labour legislation.
