Requirements :

  • BChD or equivalent qualification. Registration with HPCSA as a Dentist in the category of independent practice. Experience in treating Paediatric patients and/ or Endodontic patients. Experience in teaching and training of students. At least 3 years' experience excluding community service. Must have a postgraduate qualification in Aesthetic Dentistry, Endodontic or Paediatric Dentistry. RECOMMENDATION: Dental Research.

Duties :

  • Teaching and training of students in Endodontics, Dental materials, Basic restoration dentistry as well as Pedodontics. You will also be required to complete Masters (if you don't have one). You will be required to do research and publish at least on article per year in ISI Journal. Additional duties will be assigned to the candidate as seen fit by the Head of the Department.
