Requirements :

• Senior/National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) certificate. Degree/Diploma in Podiatry that allows for registration with the Health Profession Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Podiatrist. Grade 1: No experience is required after registration with HPCSA as a podiatrist. Grade 2: A minimum of 10 relevant experience after registration with HPCSA as a podiatrist. Grade 3: 20 years and more relevant experience after registration with HPCSA as a podiatrist in the relevant profession in respect of RSA qualified employees who perform community service, as required in South Africa. Proof of current registration with the HPCSA from 01 April 2026 to 31 March 2027. (CPD) complaint with HPCSA. Ability to work in an extensive multidisciplinary team. Willingness and ability to render a service of good standards. Have analytical and creative skills and be adaptable. Sound communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties :

• Render Podiatry services of in and outpatients. Assist with implementation and monitoring of quality assurance activities. Monitor proper utilization of allocated financial and physical resources as outlined by departmental and national policies. Coordinate and ensure the promotion and marketing of Podiatry services in the organisation. Assist in development of standard operational procedures in line with the national and provincial strategies and monitor the implementation thereof. Contribute to the development of Podiatry services and the Profession by promoting and carrying out research and other projects in own work area. Take part in Performance Management & Development system procedures.
