Requirements :

• Grade 12 certificate. National Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant qualifications. A minimum of 3 year’s functional experience in facility management unit. A valid driver’s license. Skills/Knowledge/Competence: Sound knowledge of the Treasury Regulations, Notices, and other relevant public service prescripts. Planning and organizational skills, Computer skills, Communication skills. Knowledge of supply chain processes.

Duties :

• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections, manage lease agreements, ensure proper maintenance of health facilities. Proper records management. Conduct needs assessment, prepare floor layouts and manage upgraded facilities.
