Requirements :

• National Senior certificate and MBCHB degree and with Health Professional Council of South Africa. As an Independent Medical Practitioner. Good verbal ,interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills. Sound knowledge and experience of radiology modalities, procedures and protocols. Must be computer literate. Ability to function effectively and independently under pressure and to take initiative. Must be a team player and be able to collaborate with other health professionals (MDT).

Duties :

• Provide optimal radiology service. Assist clinical with booking of patients and give advice when necessary. Assist with the maintenance of standards of care and implementation of quality improvement programmes within the department. Assist with supervision and support of Radiographers and in the department. Participate in the departmental academic programme. Assist with the administration of the department. Participate in the departmental activities for the development and training of undergraduate students.
