Requirements :

• Grade 10 or Abet level 4 qualification, with 4 years cleaning experience. Good physical condition. Prepare and be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Rotate to other sections. Be able to work under pressure. Good communication skills: planning, organizing, basic numeracy, literacy, sound human relations, ability to perform routine tasks and basic interpersonal relationships. Have ability to liaise with stakeholders, be prepared to do physical labour. Supervisory/ leadership experience will serve as an advantage.

Duties :

• Supervise cleaning services rendered: Coordinate cleaning services, ensure the inspection of logistics and physical environments to ensure hygiene and cleanliness, supervise cleaning staff, and compile cleaning reports. Effective management and control equipment and materials: identify resource requirements and special operational needs, monitor the condition and availability of cleaning equipment, ensure the maintenance/servicing of equipment, the replacement/servicing of equipment, ensure the replenishment and distribution of cleaning equipment and materials, maintain the material register. Support the administration of the section. Identify staff requirements, support the administration of human resources, assess the performance(PMDS) of cleaners, receive and submit leave of supervisors and cleaners.
