Requirements :

  • Grade 12 and Diploma in Finance/Financial Management/ Financial Accounting with more than 3 years’ experience in financial management environment. Knowledge of policies (Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Division of Revenue Act (DORA) Treasury Regulation and Administrative Procedure Manual) Skills and Competencies Required: Practical knowledge of Finance Component. Good planning, organizing, problem solving and team building skills. Computer Literacy: MS Word, Excel, Power point and MS outlook. Knowledge of Revenue Management Policies. Good verbal and written communication. Ability to meet deadlines. Valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.

Duties :

  • Ensure effective, and economical utilization of resources allocated to Revenue administration. Conduct, inspect and identify risk plan for the Revenue Department. Proper management of patient files. Compilation and submission of monthly statistics. Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Procedures and policies for improved service delivery. Maintain filling system for all statutory accounts. Monitor collation of Revenue from patients. Maintain procedure regarding face value books and check all receipts work. Maintain control and reconcile petty cash for the institution. Maintain effective and efficient utilization of human resources. Authorize payments, journals, receipts, and debts. Verify and process the processing of electronic banking transactions. Daily banking of state money. Precent revenue returns to cash flow committee meeting and monthly submission to Head Office. Reconciliation of parking boarding and lodging. Identify variance and verify the identification of variances. Allocate and ensure quality of work Personnel Development, assess staff performance, apply discipline.
