Requirements :

Grade 12 (Matric) certificate. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Management will be an advantage. Knowledge of PAS 1 & PAS 2 systems and processes. Experience in inventory management and stock control. Knowledge of contract management policies. Understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) prescripts. Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). Knowledge of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA).Knowledge of National Treasury Regulations. RECOMMENDATIONS: Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent planning and organizational skills. Good interpersonal and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Duties :

Provided administrative support for Supply Chain Management and warehouse operations. Received, checked, recorded, and stored incoming stock in accordance with warehouse procedures. Picked, packed, collected, and issued stock using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method. Updated and maintained bin cards and stock ledgers for all warehouse commodities. Maintained accurate inventory management records and systems. Compiled RLS01 (Purchasing Requisition Forms) for stock replenishment. Assisted with the preparation and execution of bi-annual stock-taking activities. Performed general warehouse duties to support efficient stock management. Responded to and resolved internal and external supply chain and warehouse queries. Assisted with general office administration within the Supply Chain Management environment. Maintained accurate documentation and filing of supply chain records. Ensured compliance with inventory control procedures and Supply Chain Management policies
