Requirements :

  • Grade12/Matric Computer Package (MS word, MSexcel, Power Point, MS edge, Outlook). Minimum of 1 year of appropriate experience in Supply Chain Management will be an advantage. Knowledge of PFMA, PPPFA, Treasury Regulation and any other related Supply Chain Management prescripts. SAP R3/SRM. Recommendations: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Good interpersonal and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Duties :

  • Provided administrative support for Supply Chain Management operations. determine source of strategy, conduct market research, identify procurement requirements inline with strategic objective, compile procurement RFQ for approved specification request, create shopping cart, follow up purchase order creation, Monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand
