Requirements :

• Appropriate qualification that allows registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as an independent practice Physiotherapist. Proof of current registration with HPCSA. No experience required after completion of Community service in Physiotherapy as required in respect of RSA qualified employees. Must have knowledge of current health and public service legislation, regulations and policies. Knowledge and application of clinical Physiotherapy theory, practices, and ethical codes. Must have good basic Physiotherapy clinical skills, planning & organizational skills, networking & liaison skills, and report writing skills.

Duties :

• Render effective patient centred Physiotherapy services for in- and out-patients in accordance with Physiotherapy scope of practice and health protocols. Provide effective, safe, and reliable care. Refer patients appropriately. Carry out delegated duties with due diligence. Implement and adhere to national, provincial, departmental, and institutional policies, procedure, regulations, guidelines, and SOPs. Participate in quality assurance audits. Participate in continuous professional development programmers. Communicate effectively with stakeholders
