Requirements :

  • Grade 12 (Matric) National Diploma in Administration. Minimum 2 years’ experience at supervisory administration level in public service environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent computer literacy, including email and internet skills.

Duties :

  • Manage all administrative tasks for mechanical repairs and servicing. Liaison with client departments and service providers. Ensure that policies related to repairs and servicing are adhered to. Receiving vehicles for mechanical repairs and servicing. Creating job cards for each vehicle that is repaired or serviced. Keeping daily records of all repairs and service provided. Ensuring that vehicles are repaired and serviced in a timeous manner and feedback is given to the customer promptly. Attend to all inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails. Keep record of all policies and refer to them as and when required. Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports concerning all administration for repairs and services to the ASD: Mechanical. Keep a record of all activities daily and compile these into weekly/monthly and annual reports. Perform any other task as delegated by the ASO: Mechanical. Will depend on the tasks delegated by the ASD: mechanical.
