Requirements :

Grade 12 Certificate / equivalent or higher qualification. 2 – 4 years’ experience in Switchboard / Call center environment. Computer literacy, good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and under pressure in a changing environment. The incumbent should have good telephone etiquette and be fluent in English and other languages or multilingual. The incumbent should be able to handle confidential information.
Duties :
-
The successful candidate will be expected to Handle incoming calls and transfer calls to appropriate extensions. Handle outgoing calls, making calls on behalf of Staff, keeping records, and taking messages. Keeping track of doctor’s call roster and be able to use SMS system. Assist in enquiries about telephone directory and internal units. Perform clerical duties as required by management. Comply with the Performance Management and Development System. Answer general enquiries from internal and external users. Report telephone faults to the supervisor.
