Requirements :

• Grade 10 / AET level 5 to Grade 12 certificate ( School report with School stamp and log). One year experience in Hospital environment. Have knowledge of Batho Pele Principles, Patient rights and OHS act. Knowledge of customer service, self-driven and motivated. Must be able to read, write and work as team. Must be able to work shifts.

Duties :

• Escort patients from one area to another. Collect patients trolleys, wheelchairs, stretchers and other equipment from various department within the Hospital. Ensure the cleanliness of patients equipment. Ensuring the good condition of the working equipment. Escort the corpses from the ward to the mortuary. Ensure that Ideal Hospital Framework and Realization, Batho Pele Principles, Patient’s Rights and OHS Act are upheld. Contributes to management of complaints and Patient Safety Incident. Perform any other duties as delegated.
