Requirements :

  • Grade 12 / N3 /NQF Level 4. Computer literate (Certificate). Must be prepared to work shifts. Good communication skills. Good customer care. Must be able to work under pressure and with difficult clients. Problem solving skills. Be punctual.

Duties :

  • Reducing high volume of calls through switchboard operation. The functionality of telephone lines and handsets are working at the relevant workstation. Accurate functionality of telephone lines to end – user. Accurate functionality of speed dials for staff. Frequently updating of doctor’s call list (to be able to identify which doctor is allocated to which department). Availability of doctor’s call list.
