Diploma / Degree in Nursing as accredited with the SANC in terms of government Notice R425 that allows the SANC as a Professional Nurse. A minimum of 08 years appropriate / recognizable experience in nursing after registration as a Professional Nurse with South African Nursing Council in General Nursing. Must have driver's license. At least 3 years of the period referred to above must be appropriate / recognizable experience at management level (HAST / TB Coordinator or Operational Manager level). Recognisable experience in clinical HAST & TB services. Current registration with SANC. Diploma / Degree in Nursing Management and computer literacy is mandatory. Knowledge of health, Nursing and Public Service legislation is recommended. Strong leadership, good communication and sound interpersonal skills are necessary.
Duties :

Effective implementation of the TB recovery plan. Facilitate effective collaboration with all stake holders and district management teams in executing TB activities. Implementation of HAST strategy, plan in line with the 95,95;95 TB and HIV strategy. Be able to facilitate the implementation of 1.1 Million Retention To Care And End TB project. Implementation of the TB strategy interventions whilst monitoring the acceleration of TB treatment initiation for adults and children. Monitoring and analysis of the 95x95x95 TB program cascade. Collaborate and facilitate the development of the District TB program and Business plan. Effective monitoring of Budget allocation to ensure that resources are adequately implemented at all levels. Improving access of T B, DR-TB and HIV program. Support and monitor quality screening and finding missing cases. To monitor TB treatment completion rate, death and LTFU, Implementation of TB/HIV integrated Health Information System. Liase with Local Government, different levels of health, community structures to improve service delivery. Conducting quarterly reviews for performance monitoring in the province. Take part in the Gauteng Province Turnaround Strategy, Primary Health care engineering. Display High level of organizational, initiative, and problem-solving skills. Coordinate and facilitate effective, efficient, and sustainable financial planning and control of conditional for TB/HIV/STI integration. Participate in realization of the Hospital Operational Plan. Monitor performance using Performance Management and Development System. Ensure implementation and promotion of QA programs (complaint and patient safety management), infection Prevention and Control and Health and Safety principles. Promote quality of nursing care as directed by the National core standards and Ideal Hospital Realization and Maintenance Framework. Ensure availability of monthly, quarterly, annual performance reports and operational plans. Participate in after hours, night supervision shifts and weekends as delegated implement relevant recommendations.
