Duties :

Maintenance of Facilities in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety act and regulations: Monitor the Building Cleaning Services (prescribed monitoring sheets/ Snag List and attendance register). Inspection of cleanliness in all restrooms (completing daily restroom schedule. Monitor SHE (Sanitary) Bin services (signed Service Sheets Snag List and monitoring schedule). Monitor Pest Control Services (signed Service Sheet/Snag List) Monthly and Quarterly as per contract. Monitor toilet paper issuing: Notify Supervisor when toilet paper is at 30 packs of 48 (updated prescribed register). Manage Projects: Compile RLS01 and BOQ for Cleaning and Hygiene Services for sign off. Compile and submit Procedures for Working in g-FleeT with Service Providers to sign off. Compile and submit Contract Requests and Contract approvals for General Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Pest Control and Hygiene Services. Compile and submit Snag List and Completion Letters for service providers to sign off. Booking of Boardrooms and office spaces: Book Boardrooms as per Register (Updated with Emails for bookings). Confirmation of Bookings and Courtesy emails. Sign off Job cards as per Facilities Help Desk. Administration: Neatly updated and Safe storage of registers and files. Prompt and prescribed ordering of cleaning consumables (available consumables at all times). Issuing of consumables to be captured on register (toilet papers, cleaning liquids, dish cloths, etc.) update stock inventories. Compile and place necessary notifications, for faults to be rectified. Emailed to staff and noticeboards (standard and laminated). Administration and Risk Management: Respond timeously to audit requests for information and management comments within two days. Implement recommendations from audit findings/ action plan.
