Requirements :

  • Grade 12 with an appropriate National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, with minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in Human Resource environment as a generalist of which 3 years should be on supervisory level (7 or 8). Successful completion of PERSAL training course (Minimum of 2 courses). Knowledge and understanding of Public Service legislative frameworks that govern Human Resources Management. Extensive knowledge and experience of PERSAL system and Human Resource Administration processes. Good writing and communication skills. Must have leadership, planning, organizing, problem solving and conflict management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize, be able to work in a high volume and highly pressurized environment. Driver’s license and computer literacy is essential. Experience in a Health environment will be an added advantage.

Duties :

  • Manage and monitor human resource Information and Staff Establishment for the district office. Coordinate: control, analyze and Interpret all PERSAL reports. Consolidate accurate monthly reports for management. Perform Human Resource Administration functions. Responsible for coordination of special projects and reports for the district e.g. Auditor General; Risk register, RWOPS; Disclosure etc. Responsible for compiling any other HR reports that are required internally and externally. Coordinate PILIR Committee for the district. Manage Human Resources as well as financial resources.
