Requirements :

• Grade 10 / AET level 5 to Grade 12 certificate ( School report with School stamp and log). One year experience in Hospital environment. Have knowledge of Batho Pele Principles, Patient rights and OHS act. Knowledge of customer service, self-driven and motivated. Must be able to read, write and work as team. Must be able to work shifts.

Duties :

• Accountability through deadlines of letters. Collection and retrieval of files must be done on time. Distribution of memos and circulars to units. Receive and attend the correspondence, Retrieving the files for hospital information. Perform other messenger duties. Ensure compliance with the Ideal Hospital Framework, Batho Pele principles, and patient rights and Infection Prevention and Control. Contribute to managing complaints and patient safety incidents
