Requirements :

  • AET Level 4 (standard 7 or Grade 9 report)- Grade 12 with minimum of six months’ appropriate experience in stores. Good organizing and planning skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. A valid driver’s license, professional driving permits (PDP) and computer will be an added advantage.

Duties :

  • Responsible to assist with issuing of stock from the shelves by means of VA2, pack stock in according to FIFO (first in first out) rule received from transit by means of VA7.Record all issued transaction on the VA11. Update VA11 during receipts. Off Load of bulk stock from the truck, sweep and ensure cleanliness of stores, corridors, and surrounding areas of stores. Participate in stock taking team of Ekurhuleni Health District and ensure that issued stock is delivered to the end-users, assist with compiling the report of issued stock and outstanding requisitions. Assist with the collecting & delivery of bulk stock either from government printing works or any driving within the section. Perform any other duties as delegated by the supervisor.
