Grade 12/Matric (NQF level 4). Experience in Nature Conservation/ Resource use/Administration will be an added advantage. Valid driver’s license. Competencies: Computer Literacy, good communication (verbal and written) skills, good customer service, Planning and organisation skills, Record keeping skills, Knowledge of Permitting policies and procedures, understanding the use of check lists, understanding the use of Latin names for species, understanding the different categories of permits issued. Driving between offices in Gauteng.
Duties :

Attending to daily queries from the public, tracking permit applications, writing letters to the applicants about the permit status, keeping records of permits issued, filing finalized permit applications for record purposes and compiling monthly and annual reports. Providing information for PAIA requests, Dispatching permits over the counter. Routing of files and collection of stationary. Minutes taking.
