Grade 12 plus National Diploma (NQF level 6) /Degree (NQF level 7) in Office or Public Administration / Logistic Management or relevant qualification as recognised by SAQA. 1 - 2 years relevant experience in Auxiliary Services. A valid driver's license.
Competencies: Planning and organizing Initiative, Supervisory skills, Communication skills, Report writing skills, Facilitation skills, knowledge of relevant prescripts (PFMA, Treasury Regulation, GRAP, GAAP, PSA, PSR) etc.
Duties :

To control the provision of auxiliary services, Effective auxiliary services, Administer the provision of office support services, Administer and ensure functionality of kitchen equipment, Monitor and Administer the provision of cleaning services, cleaning equipment, personal protective equipment and cleaning materials ,Administer the provision of reproduction and printing services, Administer the provision of bulk copying and printing services, Provide support in the provision of reception, switchboard and boardroom services, mobile communication services and telecommunication services, Supervise resources (Human, Equipment/Assets), Monitor and ensure discipline, Assess the performance compilation of various reports and statistics and Administer leave.
