Requirements :

• National Diploma/ Degree in Information Communication Technology, Computer science, and Informatics (NQF level 6 / 7, as recognized by SAQA). Any Enterprise Architecture certifications will be advantageous. 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience in IT, Project management and ICT Business Alignment environment. Code 8/10 is essential

Duties :

• Mapping GDED ICT Technical Architecture framework. Design and test technical architecture. Engage with technical team and identify problem areas. Propose ICT solutions to resolve challenges. Ensure comprehensive IT documentation. Communicating technical-model changes to ICT team. Developing functional specifications for Technical Architecture solutions. Gather business requirements to understand the needs of the client. Develop and map business processes to illustrate current and future states. Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives. Draft detailed documentation for business cases, business requirements and processes for specific projects. Effectively communicate project updates to the stakeholders and management. Plan and implement projects. Help define project scope, goals and deliverables. Help defined tasks and required resources. Manage project team. Manage the project budget. Develop project plan with timelines. Lead quality assurance. Report project status to stakeholders. Identify, Implement and manage project changes to meet project deliverables. Evaluate and assess the result of the project. Provide user support for existing systems under a business alignment team. Co-ordinate trainings related to business alignment activities. Conduct user account management for existing system under business alignment team.
