Requirements :

  • Grade 12 plus National Diploma(NQF 6)/ Bachelor’s Degree(NQF 7) in Management Services/Operations Management/Industrial Psychology or relevant qualification as recognized by SAQA. 2 year’s experience in Organisational Development or relevant field. Job Evaluation Certificate. Organisational Design certifcate will serve as an added advantage. Valid driver’s license. Competencies: Client Orientation and Customer Focus, Planning and Organising, Problem solving and decision making, People management and Empowerment, Communication, Planning and organizing, Decision making, Problem solving, Report writing, Investigations, Interviewing, Negotiation, Research, Statistical analysis.

Duties :

  • Administer the provision of organisation design services. Coordinate and facilitate job evaluation process, Co-ordination of logistical arrangements for departmental job evaluation panel and HRP committee meetings. Coordinate and facilitate the development of job descriptions. Conduct benchmarking and desktop research on OD and HRP related projects. Facilitate business process management and improvement services. Conduct work-study investigations. Facilitate the development of HR Plans and implementation reports. Coordinate change management consultation processes with relevant stakeholders. Consolidate organisational functionality assessment project plans and reports.
