Duties :

  • Provide effective administrative support to the Sub-Directorate. Co-ordinate and maintain office administration such as drafting of management plan, memorandums, submissions, controlling of subsistence and travel claims, requisition of stationery, printing, document binding, faxes, e-mail, logistical arrangements for meetings and workshops, deliveries and other requests. Compiling correspondence, reports, presentations, and other written material for the Sub-directorate. Render assistance during compilation of the budgeting and financial functions. Liaise with stakeholders during the collection of learner performance data on a quarterly basis. Provide secretariat service to the Sub-Directorate, compile and disseminate minutes of meetings, discussions, and workshops to relevant stakeholders’ meetings. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensure update and communication for all the activities in the Sub-Directorate. Provide effective records management services to the Sub-Directorate.
