Requirements :

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification with relevant experience in finance. Computer Literacy (MS Word/Excel). Good verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of and skilled in PFMA, Treasury Regulations and Procedure Manuals. Experience of SAP/PAAB/BAS systems.

Duties :

  • Monitor expenditure against budget allocation items and collection of revenue. Receive RLS01 documents and allocate budget as per SCOA codes. Analyse and compile revenue reports, annexure C and F in line with the PAAB system. Responsible for tracing and billing, patient accounts and assisting in main cashiers. Implementation of the PFMA, National Treasury regulations and adherence to all financial delegations in the GDoH. Assisting with recons (BAS/PAAB, E-Receipting, BAS/SAP and BAS/TPH45A etc.) Must assist in Accounts Payable.
