Duties :
-
Transport staff to and from areas of need, collect and deliver mail to various facilities and central office. Collect and equipment, stock, food, medication, and other items as instructed. Inspect vehicles and report faults to transport officer timeously, check level of oil, water, fuel and mileage daily. Promote proper handling, safekeeping and control of vehicles and execute all instructions by supervisors. Report incidents and accidents to transport officer. Compile logbook for every vehicle used. Perform any other duties as instructed by supervisors. Adhered to principles stipulated in Government Motor Vehicle Handbook VI of 2019. Fill the trip authority legible and accurately. Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean at all times. Ensure that the maintenance of the government vehicles is carried out on a regular basis. Plan with the supervisor management facility. Assist with all other support duties when required by supervisor. Comply with the Performance Management and Development System (Contracting, reviews and final assessment).
