Requirements :

• The successful candidate should have a Degree in Built Environment. Infrastructure Management and/or related experience in portfolio management and infrastructure planning [5 years]. Valid Drivers’ License. Computer literate.

Duties :

• To manage infrastructure portfolio management services. Determine infrastructure needs and develop infrastructure plans and budgets. Prepare project initiation reports for each project. Determine and manage land availability and suitability. Interpret and apply norms and standards. Manage preparation and approvals of strategic briefs and concept & viability reports. Update budget database and infrastructure reporting model. Manage infrastructure end of year evaluations. Manage post occupancy evaluations. Manage people.
