Requirements :

  • Grade 12 plus an appropriate Degree NQF Level 07) or National Diploma (NQF level 06) in Office Administrations, Public Management & Governance, Public Administration/ Business Management or Administration/ as recognized by SAQA or equivalent qualification in Administration as recognised by SAQA. 5 years administrative experience of which 3 years must be at Junior Management. Valid driver’s license (code B). Competencies: Computer literacy, Written and verbal communication, Presentation Skills, Analytical and conceptual reasoning, Conflict management, Diversity management, Interpersonal and Communication, Workflow coordination, Strategic capability and leadership, Programme and project management, Financial Management, Problem solving and analysis, People management and Empowerment, Governance, Broad knowledge and understanding of the functional areas covered by the executive authority’s portfolio.

Duties :

  • Manage the administrative and coordination activities within the office of the executive authority. Liaise with internal and external role players with regard to matters relating to the portfolio of the executive authority. Render a Cabinet/executive council support service to the executive authority. Supervise employees.
