Requirements :

  • Grade 12 (Matric). No Experience Required. Skills and Competencies: Interpersonal & Communication skills. Customer \ Client management. Presentation skills. Decision making. Problem solving skills. Computer literacy. Report writing. Strong interpersonal skills.

Duties :

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing telephone calls to and from the switchboard. Answer all calls and take details of the caller, for staff messages. Provide caller with appropriate information, response, or advice on the services of g-FleeT. Analyse types of queries received and where necessary refer enquiries to appropriate business units. Manages the front desk of an organisation. Receive, greet, assist, and accompany visitors to the appropriate department or staff member. Maintain high level of professionalism and etiquette. Make sure that visitors feel welcome in g-FleeT and that they get the help they need. Creating a positive first impression for visitors and callers. Handling administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence. Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, ensuring it is always presentable. Perform any other task as delegated by the Assistant Director or the Deputy Director: Communications.
