Requirements :

  • BChD or equivalent qualification. Minimum of one year post community service experience. Registration with the HPCSA as a Dentist in the Independent Practice category. RECOMMENDATION: Demonstration of interest in the discipline will be advantageous.

Duties :

  • During the contracted period, the incumbent will be responsible for service rendering, screening, student supervision, lecturing, presentation of academic seminars and research. A pass in primary subjects, and postgraduate program are targets for the incumbent. Every 6 months, the performance of the incumbent will be reviewed; with the contract is renewable after a year based on satisfactory performance. Maximum contract period is two years.
