Requirements :

Grade 12 with Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Current registration with the South African Council for Social Services profession (SACSSP) as a Social Worker. Grade 1: Less than 10 years relevant experience after registration with (SACSSP) as a Social Worker. Grade 2: At least 10 years, but less than 20 years, relevant experience after registration as Social Worker .Experience in the field of Employee Health Wellness Program and Public Sector will be added advantage. Knowledge of EHWP strategic framework, Policies, PILIR and four EHWP pillars. Good facilitation , communication , planning and organizing skills. Computer literacy and driver's license is essential.
Duties :

To provide integrated Employee Health and wellness programmes as outlined in the Strategic Framework. Ensure health and productivity in the department. Implement departmental Wellness policy and procedure. Provide administrative technical support for Wellness activities and Wellness Champions Committee in the department. Implement the four pillars of Employee Health and Wellness in the department. Facilitate the establishment of different sporting codes. Provide short-term solution-based counselling and conflict mediation within the district. Provide administrative duties and adhere to policies. Compile monthly reports and other administrative work for employee wellness services. Implement and contribute to proper utilization of allocated financial and physical resources. Implement quality assurance policy and develop appropriate quality improvement plan for employee services.
