Requirements :

  • Grade 12 with a Bachelor Degree in Social Work. Computer literacy will be added advantage. Valid registration with SACSSP. Relevant knowledge in the social work field and health care.

Duties :

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments aimed at identifying conditions in individuals, groups, families and communities that justify relevant interventions. Facilitate groups. Raise awareness according to health calendar. Facilitate health talks. Perform all the administrative functions. Compile individual weekly and monthly statistics. Record keeping and Audit. Facilitate MHCU placement and rehabilitation. Render service to MHCU and teenage pregnancy. Child protection services. Involvement of external stakeholders. Team Work.
