Requirements :

• Minimum of Grade 12 certificate and 1 Year Experience in Supply Chain Management Department. Relevant Diploma/Degree will be an added advantage. Computer literacy, good communication skills, interpersonal relation and record keeping. Knowledge of relevant policies and regulatory framework. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Duties :

• Prompt updating of stock on tally cards VA10 and VA11a. Updating of voucher files VA4, VA5 and VA6. Execution of issue, requisition and receipt voucher VA2, VA1 and VA7. Conduct and issuing of stock both Physically (PAS) and Administration. Registration, costing, issuing and filling of requisitions voucher (VA2). Capturing of External Requisitions on the SAP System, according to supply chain management System, PPPFA and PFMA. Ensure effective and efficient control of bin cards (VA11a). Prepare monthly stock take reports. Responsible for ordering stock, updating stock cards at Supply Chain Department. Receiving and dispatching of stock. Check for quantity and quality of goods before receiving. Rotate within relevant Departments bar coding of assets, compiling assets, manage reports monthly and bi-annually.
