Requirements :

• Minimum Grade 10. Basic knowledge of laundry services will be an added advantage. Good communication skills and willing to work in a team. Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles. Must be able to do work of a physical nature. Must be willing to work additional hours/shifts if needed.

Duties :

• Perform routine tasks in the Laundry (receiving, sorting, weighing, washing, drying, folding, packing, and delivering of MHCU’s linen and clothing to Wards) Operate industrial equipment (washing machines and tumble dryers). Perform general cleaning tasks to ensure good hygiene and safety standards are met and maintained in the Laundry. Cleaning of washing machines and tumble dryers. Adhere to set policies and guidelines regulating the Laundry Services. Rotate work as a reliever in the unit
