Requirements :

  • Grade 12. No previous experience required. COMPETENCIES: Interpersonal relations, flexibility and teamwork. Skills: Computer skills. planning and organising. Good verbal and written communication skills.

Duties :

  • Render Human Resource clerical services, record, organise, capture and retrieve correspondence and data in the unit. Update information and statistics. Handle routine enquiries. Make photocopies and receive or send documents. Distribute documents/packages to various stakeholders as required. Keep and maintain the filing system for the unit. Type memo’s, letters and/or other correspondence when required. Keep and maintain the incoming and outgoing document register of the unit.
