Requirements :

  • Grade 12/Matric certificate. One year experience in Stores/Warehouse required. Knowledge of Hospital Supply Chain Management (SCM) environment will be an added advantage. Physically fit and able to handle stock movement. Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Ability to read and write

Duties :

  • Perform logistics-related duties. Open and manage all aspects of VA10, VA11 as per PAS Administration System. Compile VA7, VA2 and relevant documentation for receiving and distribution of goods and services. Implementing analytical technique. Replenishment of stock level. Distributing stock and equipment to the units. Assist in stocktaking. Ensure proper record keeping. Cleaning of Warehouse. Perform messenger duties and any other duties delegated by the supervisor. Adhere to health and Safety requirements. NB Rotation within the section.
