Requirements :

• Appropriate qualification that allows registration with the HPCSA as a Medical Practitioner. HPCSA registration as Medical Practitioner in Orthopaedic Surgery. None experience after registration with the HPCSA as a Medical Practitioner in Orthopaedic Surgery. The following will be added advantage: CMSA Final and Mmed dissertation completion will be preferable. Experience and logbook in orthopaedic surgery and a keen interest orthopaedic Paediatrics.

Duties :

• Work within the Orthopaedic Paediatric unit, primarily to manage the efficient running of the outpatient clinic, patients in the ward and the theatre lists. The incumbent will manage the Paediatric unit stats and participate in M&M meetings. The incumbent will also teach registrars, medical officers, medical interns, and medical students. The incumbent will participate in research within the Paediatric unit.
