Requirements :

• MBChB or equivalent qualification. Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as an Independent Medical Practitioner. At least 3 current emergency related short courses (e.g. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Paediatrics Advance Life Support (PALS), Advanced Trauma Life Support, ITLS, AMLS, etc). Six (6) months experience in Accident and Emergency.

Duties :

• Twenty (20) hours per week rendering of clinical services, management of patients and administrative duties primarily in the Emergency Unit.
