Requirements :

  • MBCHB or equivalent Degree. Registration and current annual registration with the Health Professional Council of South Africa as a Medical Practitioner. Grade 1: None experience after registration as Medical Practitioner with the HPCSA in respect of South African qualified employees, Grade 2: Minimum of 5 years appropriate experience as Medical Practitioner after registration with the HPCSA as Medical Practitioner in respect of South African qualified employees and Grade 3: Minimum of 10 years appropriate experience as Medical Practitioner after registration with the HPCSA as Medical Practitioner in respect of South African qualified employees.

Duties :

  • To be responsible for service delivery within the department of Diagnostic Radiology at DGMAH. To fulfil the administrative, academic and research requirements. Undertake all tasks directed by the Head Clinical Department and the Head of Clinical Unit services at the Institution. Participates in the academic and interdepartmental activities conducting research toward Mmed. Supervise and teach medical students, Radiography students and other service commitments to DGMAH.
