Requirements :

• Diploma in Nursing (R.171). Degree in Nursing (R.174). Basic R425 qualification i.e. Diploma/Degree in nursing or equivalent qualification that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse. Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a General Registered Nurse. Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse. Good Communication skills, report writing skills, facilitation skills, co-ordination skills, liaison skills, networking skills, problem solving skills and information management. Knowledge of management and planning and organizing.

Duties :

• Provide direction and supervision for the implementation of the nursing plan (clinical practice/quality patient care). Implement standards, practices, criteria, and indicators for quality nursing (quality of practice). Practice nursing and health care in accordance with the laws and regulations relevant to nursing and health care. Maintain a constructive working relationship with nursing and other stakeholders. Utilize human, material, and physical resources efficiently and effectively.
