Requirements :

• Appropriate qualification that allows registration with the HPCSA as a Medical Practitioner. Having part 1 exams will be a significant advantage. Must be a South African citizen or permanent resident. Proof of current registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).

Duties :

• Clinical service delivery: Theatre, OPD and ward service, teaching undergraduates and continuing professional development and learning. Perform department administrative duties, Render after-hours clinical services. Rotate within the cluster hospitals. Render a full spectrum of Urology inpatient, outpatient services and surgical cases. Provide clinical guidance to designated clinic staff. Ability to work within a team of health care professionals with integrity and respect. Commitment to organizational values and vision. Dedication to patient safety and quality health care. Track record of fostering team work and collaboration among physicians. Excellent interpersonal skills.
