Requirements :

• MBChB. Must be registered with the HPCSA as a Medical Practitioner. Must have passed surgery primary examination of the College of Surgeons of S.A. and done the ATLS Course. Two (02) years working experience in a General Surgery unit will be an advantage.

Duties :

• Taking care of general surgery patients, both outpatients and inpatients. Interdepartmental consultation. The incumbent will be responsible for improving quality of care by providing appropriate clinical care. Reduce medical litigation by exercising good clinical ethos. Implement and monitor adherence to National Core Standards Support clinical service delivery by doctors in all health facilities in designated clinical space Provide integrated doctor’s clinical services.
