Requirements :

• Grade 12. Basic qualification as a Professional Nurse according to R425 that leads to registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse. Post basic qualification in the Specialty Area: Psychiatric nursing recognized in accordance with R212. A minimum of 4 years experience as Professional Nurse.

Duties :

• Provision of optimal, holistic specialized nursing care provided within the set standards and professional legal framework. Manage effectively the utilization of resources. Participation in training and research. Provision of effective support to nursing services. Maintain professional growth/ethical standards and self development.
