Duties :
-
Manage and resolve sensitive and complex EHWP issues. Ensure sound EHWP Practices. Ensure the implementation of the pillars of EHWP. Make sure that troubled employees are identified and referred to EHWP for professional assistance. Employee performance/development. Updated PILIR, GYM, EHWP, and HIV/AIDS/TB policies. Deliverable operational plan. Sound EHWP practice.
