Matric Certificate plus appropriate National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (NQF Level 6/7) or National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Public Management (NQF LEVEL 6/7) qualification recognized by SAQA in HRM. Public Sector experience and 3 years’ HR transactional experience.
Duties :
-
Manage the operational execution of SLA’s and the utilization of resources in the Human Resource Administration unit. Quality, assure HRA processes and transactions captured on PERSAL. Manage performance of staff, mentor, coach, and support staff. Establish and maintain good customer relations with GPG Departments and other stakeholders. Approve all Human Resource Administration transactions on PERSAL timeously and accurately. Resolve complex HR queries and process issues. Respond to audit queries and ensure implementation of the recommendations thereof. Compline weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports and report as required.
